Training Points

Each training for player gives an amount of Training Point depending to the rarity and the training grade. Training time depends on the rarity of player and higher attribute points require more TP. While lower rarity player's training times takes more time to finish and higher rarity players have advantage on minting NFSG token. Therefore we worked the TP gains below for balancing player's attribute improvements.
